Braids/Twists

Hair Braiding and Hair Twists, learn how to take care of your style, what hair to get and how long your hair needs to be to get the style that you want.

I currently sell hair so, if you would like to buy from me and get it put in all at one place then look in the pictures and it will say buy hair. See if I have the hair that you would like to have put in. The prices of the styles do not include the hair. You will have to pay for the hair then pay for the style. But for your conveince you can get it all in one place. If you don't see the hair that you would like, just check back later and I will try to have more hair added.

If you want to know how to wash your hair with the braids in, look in the Q&A page and I will tell you how.

Remember to sleep in a satin or silk scarf or to have a silk or satin pillow case.

Make sure your real hair underneath is not to thin for the braids/twists. If it is, you may need to choose another style till your real hair gets stronger and thicker.

Make sure the person who does your hair does not do it so tight. If they do the twists/braids really tight, then have them spray on a product that will loosen up the braids a little at the roots. I spray on product at the end of my service even if the twists are tight or not. Another way to take away the tightness is to simply spray on some water at the roots.

One thing you have to do is when you get your twists/braids done don't leave them on continuesly. What I mean by that is, don't get them done over and over and over. You have to take a brake from the braids every now and then. Leave the twists/braids in for 2-3 months then let your hair rest for 1-2 months, then put the twists back in again. If you don't let your hair rest from time to time, your hair underneath will become weak and brittle. You need to take care of your hair under the braids or you will not be able to have braids put into your hair because you will not have any hair left on your head to attach the twists too.
